If you happen to have a question or two while ordering, you’ve come to the right place! We are a customer service based operation, and we pride ourselves in being the best in assisting our clientele and providing the best medical marijuana delivery service in the area.

KushRVA Ordering & Delivery Policies

  • All new clients must verify their ID after an order is placed. If you do not verify the order, it will be cancelled.  No verification = No Service!
  • Most orders are completed (not to be confused with delivered) within 1.5-2 Hours from your online ordering time.
  • Any adjustments or amendments made AFTER placing an online order may result in a delayed delivery time, a sales rep will inform you with an adjusted delivery time if applicable!
  • DRIVERS DO NOT CARRY CHANGE: Please have exact cash amount ready upon delivery. There are no exceptions to this policy. (This is to help ensure driver safety!)

Q: Can I use my passport as ID?

Yes, we accept passports and drivers licenses.

Q: Do you deliver?

Yes, we are a delivery service.

Q: Will delivery be made at my door?

A: No, the patient must meet the driver at the passenger side window.

Q: Can I meet you at your store?

A: We are currently a delivery service only

Q: Do you take payment through a card or Apple Pay or Cashapp?

A: At the moment we do not accept any electronic payments. We are a cash only business.

Q: Is the driver going to have change or do I need exact cash for payment?

A: The driver does not carry any cash or change with them. Please have the exact amount when receiving your order

Q: Can the delivery be made at an exact time?

A: We use time-window for deliveries to ensure you will get within the hour you selected. If there are any delays we will contact you prior to delivery.

Q: What is the driver’s number?

A: There is no central driver number, our drivers will contact you once they have your order ready for delivery!

Q: How do I know when my order is ready?

A: As soon as you submit your order we start to prep it.

Q: How do I claim my new customer deal?

A: Add the new client deal to your cart and enjoy the freebie!

Q: How do I claim the referral deal?

A: Make sure your referral enters your name and number in the order notes in his/her order has been completed. Then add the referral deal to your cart and make sure to include your referrals info and check out. You may add other items too!

Q: Why am I being charged for my free product, “I entered the deal into my cart”?

A: There is a delivery fee on all orders no matter what.

Q: How do I choose what free product I get from the deal?

A: The free product is chosen for you!

Q: Can I use multiple deals for the same order?

A: Freebie deals are not stackable! You may use multiple other deals!
